Today, Beacon Hills High School prepares to welcome a new student! Several new students, in fact; a whole class of them. As summer gives way to fall, so too does freedom give way to restriction. Get in your seats, everyone.
"You should probably have someone take a look over your contract then."
She pauses.
"I shouldn't complain though, since it's benefiting me right now... okay, carry on."
"Don't worry, in May next year I'll be sixteen and then we'll have a Ferrari to take us places."
"I was gonna avoid it for a few days, until the weekend. I think we both need some distance."
She smiles and puts her head on his shoulder. "Eventually I'll introduce you to him, when he's chilled out some. I think you'll like him."
It's a well-maintained suburban home with two stories and a two-door garage. Nothing about it gives her any information about the people who live there, not anymore than their neighbors.
"Oh, you miss me already, huh?"
It is.
"But soft, what light through yonder window breaks? Good night, Juliet."
He goes inside.
She watches him for a moment, and then spins around walking back to the car.
"Could you please take me to the mall, if it's not too much trouble? I'll go from there."
