After a while, Kor announces that it's time for them to return to the other house. He stares at the visitors as he helps Zada put her coat on, expecting them to exit the house without being explicitly told.

The sun is on the horizon; it seems to move very slowly. To the right, there are more houses, including the one that Kor and Zada are walking to. To the left, there are a few houses, and beyond them a series of shops can be seen. The grocery store, a diner, and a department store are clearly visible. Ahead, there is a small hotel, which rises from behind a school building. Beyond that is the warehouse where Kairda stopped earlier, and beyond that lies the train station.

They'll walk toward the business area.

The most useful thing would be somewhere with public computer access, anywhere look like it might have that? Library?

There's a very small library sandwiched between a laundromat and a dentist's office, across from the diner.

Is it open? Does it have computers? Does it require anything particular to use them?

The library is open and does have computers. They are free to the public; you don't even need a library card to browse as a guest, though guest sessions are limited to one hour per person per day.

Makes more sense to not do theirs concurrently then. She takes the first one; Xeyr goes to look for more books. They're practiced at this, doesn't take her too long to start finding what she needs.

They swap out computers vs books when the time runs out. She researches.
