Halliwell Manor has been empty for several years. The layer of dust that has accumulated on the furniture is unpleasantly thick. There are cobwebs in every corner, waiting to spring themselves on an unsuspecting visitor. The rooms smell musty, like a waterlogged library. Though the garden shows signs of maintenance, the interior is oppressively lifeless. Without people to fill it, the house has become a shadow of its former self. Underneath all of that, the place is the same as the sisters remember. Halliwell Manor looks like home.
"Fair enough. Ah, warning, Beatrix is making out and likely having sex with a friend in her room."
"The most important part of the statement was the fact that we have an innocent in the house... that word feels wrong applied to Lan."

Yeah, Fernanda is not equipped to handle bitterness. Her reaction to someone being bitter is pretty much "well this person gets how terrible the world is".
They reach the attic. "Warren is here." She announces.
"Aren't I technically a witch now? You could just take me as your charge, that way they won't notice either of us."
"See? This is what you get when your good guys are not scientifically minded. Is there a major issue if you fail?"
Felicia holds Theo protectively. "Yeah, it sounds like a better option if we are your charge. Is there any extra benefit from being your charge he won't get?"
