"Hey, Erastil, have you seen what the weird Aroden mortals just came up with?"
Erastil
ray
"Oh no, what have the weird Aroden mortals done now?"
Jaidi
ray
"No, this one's good! They invented a new kind of marriage."
Erastil
ray
"Really, the weird Aroden mortals did? I thought they didn't like marriage and families."
Jaidi
ray
"I guess these ones do! They just had a wedding and everything."
Erastil
ray
"So what did they come up with, then? Show me which ones..."
Jaidi
ray
"These mortals over here, see? They had a wedding with just two brides, no husband. Isn't that neat?"
Erastil
ray
"Wow, that is pretty neat. I guess in hindsight permuting things like that is obvious, but I wouldn't have thought of it. Guess weird Aroden mortals aren't so bad."
Jaidi
ray
"Yeah, it's surprising. I don't think they can have children like that, but maybe they can?"
Erastil
ray
"I think they can. I'm a bit fuzzy on the details too, they work like typical animals in some ways but not in others."
Jaidi
ray
"Huh, okay. Though even if they can't it's still neat."
Erastil
ray
"Yeah, maybe we should try it out sometime. Though I know you wanted to try out being the husband, so maybe a while after we swap husband and wife we can try both being the wife."
Jaidi
ray
"Yeah, that sounds good. Anyway, I guess we should bless their marriage."
Erastil
ray
"Yeah, let's... wait, is that one Iomedae? No, Iomedae's right over there... is she copying herself into mortals or something?"
Jaidi
ray
"That can't be it, a copy of Iomedae wouldn't get married. I do see the resemblance, though."
Erastil
ray
"Maybe it's just weird Aroden mortal stuff. Now there's someone who needed a wife."
Jaidi
ray
"If he turns out not to really be dead we need to matchmake him."
Erastil
ray
"Maybe he got turned back into a mortal and found a wife? That would probably be the best outcome."
Jaidi
ray
"Far-fetched, but as long as we're hoping... anyway, we should bless our pair of brides here."
