There is a place in Pacifica called the Grand Imperial Mall.

It's a huge sprawling shopping center, envisoned as the ultimate tourist trap and one-stop shop for an attractive beach zone, near big luxury hotels and with plenty of amenities and hip stores.

Unfortunately, the tourist dreams of Night City utterly failed, and Pacifica was abandoned almost as soon as it was completed, the sprawling luxury areas left empty and purposeless as confidence in the zone's safety evaporated due to the latest saber-rattling from the New United States.

Even as the city officially abandoned the place, leaving it to be picked over by scavengers and opportunists, it remains a pretty freshly built urban landscape. Some of the buildings even have power and water.

And right here, right now, is a dark empty movie theater. Dust covers the seats. There is broken glass at the projector window, and a faint smell of something rotting. And loud music echoing faintly from somewhere outside.
