Tabitha-No-Last-Name, young vampiress, is hungry. Not for blood, she ate a deer that morning, but rather for more conventional fare. So, she has picked a house without a decent home security system, and is now rummaging around their fridge. Upon finding some raspberry jam, bread, and margarine, she sets about making herself a sandwich.
"Samantha," she mumbles. She doesn't sound particularly happy about that.
Hug. “Something wrong?”
"I don't like to be called 'Samantha'. Maybe I'm not 'Samantha' anymore. Maybe I'm someone else."
"You can't just change your name?!? Can you?"
“You can be whatever you want.”
"Do we get to name you?"
"No, I choose. It's my me. I get to name me."
"Do you have any ideas?"
She looks to Tabby.
"Wildcat. I like it."
She curls up to Zeke.
"What now? Are there more?"
"More humans to kill."
"We don't have to kill humans all the time right? That makes it less fun."
Zeke shrugs. "When we feel like it."
Zeke smirks at Stiles. "She got the hang of things way faster than you. She was already all eating people and naked and everything."
"Maybe I'm special," he says imperiously.
"You seem like all the other humans I knew."
"No way am I like a boring old human! Tell her."
"He's weird," Tabby clarifies. "What was it like changing and all?"
"It felt so good. All the bad parts of me went away and now I'm just...Wildcat."
"All the things that made me sad or scared are gone now."
"Well, now you're Wildcat. And Wildcat is beautiful."
Her thoughts are already turning to food again, but she probably doesn't need to eat, just wants to.
"I want to run away," she says, gesturing broadly at the corpses.
Zeke snuggles. "Want to do it with us?"
...she looks to Tabby and Stiles to see what they think of that.
