"I mean, I don't drink blood habitually, but I could be convinced to if the magic powers were worth it. Are the magic powers worth it?"

"I tend to think so."

"How easy are they to accidentally level mountains with?"

"Reasonably difficult!"

"What are they?"

"Oh, let me see... I have two major sources of transmissible magic: being a dragon, and being a changeling. As a changeling, my powers grow stronger over time, I can transmit them by feeding someone a lot of my blood, I have a lot of nice minor enhancements to my mind and body, I can shapeshift into a luminous angelic being, I can be in two places at once, I can teleport, I have power over light, plants, and air, I can communicate telepathically, I can heal people from illness, injury, starvation, and exhaustion, I can give people unique personal magic powers and have done that for myself, and I have a personal pocket dimension that enhances magic powers especially mine. That's just the highlights; the full list would have more detail. I also can't lie, kill, steal, or do a bunch of other things that would be more personal to reveal, but those don't transmit directly when I transmit my powers; a person has to choose to take on a binding like that. I came into the dragon situation relatively recently and haven't polished up a summary for it yet, but it enhances a lot of things about my personal pocket dimension and my magic for light, plants, air, and healing, and it makes me grow stronger over time, and it gives me an awe-inspiring aura of power and majesty but I keep that toned down because I don't like it, and it makes transmitting my power through my blood much faster and more convenient."

Mildly intrigued noise.

"Is the bloodborne transmission itself transmitted that way?"

"Not invariably—you can't get every part of my changeling power at once unless you accept as many bindings and banes as I did, and I haven't found anyone yet who wanted to, and it seems like the transmission is relatively elusive compared to a lot of the other things. But I have successfully transmitted it before, just not often. And I suspect the dragon powers will help with that part. I've only done a major blood transmission once since becoming a dragon, though, so it's hard to say what exactly it changes, besides making the process take several hours instead of several months."
