So how does a guy get his hands on that stuff, anyway? Asking for a friend.
While we're on the subject, does guiding efficacy increase with fluid production? If one partner produces more fluid, does that partner get better guiding? Or does just the recipient get more guiding? And why isn't there a guide(lol) to for esper-specific supplementation available?
That's okay! One day you will have to accept the truth!
More fluid production means better guiding for the person receiving the fluid! It doesn't do anything for the person producing the fluid, no, unless they're both exchanging fluid, like while kissing.
Yay I get to be esper sex ed today!

This is why all the gum ads they target to us specifically emphasize flavor and duration and are shot the way they're shot, btw.
(I do recommend the gum lifestyle; in addition to the very real guiding benefit, it is good for your teeth to chew sugar-free gum after eating. but also, uh, coordinate with your partners? Mine found a spicy gum that she really liked and golly was that a surprise!!)

I'll see if that's an option, but she doesn't really like open-mouth kissing that much. Thank you, kind internet stranger. May your pings be small and your download speeds huge.
In terms of (pre-)seminal production, I wrote a post about a post about what stuff worked for me. [Link description: Reddit post about several OTC supplements and his description about whether or not they worked and what the effect on him was, and the final supplement stack he settled on. The post is a year old.]
These aren't restricted so you should be able to buy them from any pharmacy or supplement shop.
I don't tend to use chewing gum but I do use lozenges. My backlash is sensory intolerance so I'm very picky about the mouthfeel and taste. I like Pei Pa Koa candy by this brand and sugar-free lozenges by this one. Not sponsored.
Hope this helps!

Sweat and urine work for guiding and are easily produced in larger quantities. I can attest to their effectiveness. Those could be options.
