At least Ennis speaks Gaelic! ...Scottish Gaelic. If she has to learn Irish and Manx in addition to German and possibly Russian she's going to be pissed off. She's an alchemist.
The classroom has concerningly peely linoleum, making lots of little places where little creatures could hide, and it takes a while to sweep it for mals. She should put in a maintenance request; she writes that down on her LED tablet.
Della is barely spell competent in (Scottish) Gaelic and continues to resent her schedule; she wheels in, bumpily, does an abbreviated sweep for mals, and sits down next to that androgynous person over there.
