Chelsea gets off work when the dentist's office closes and she's done making everybody's reminder calls and making sure nothing's double-booked (or, well, something is, but she calls somebody and then it's not). Then she goes and waits for the bus and opens up her phone to see if she has any texts.
"Other half of the house, yeah, and we share the laundry machines. I don't specifically expect that there's inspections happening without notice but there could be."
"...Can we at least try wireheading me to bed tonight? It seems important to learn exactly how that works."
"...You could probably make me stop but you would have to do it on purpose. I'm pretty sure."
Chelsea snuggles up to her from behind and puts the phone where they can both see it and pokes her way over to Wireheading.
The she will get a Sarah whose body goes completely slack all at once, who gets a little back every once in a while in the direction of being cuddly, who makes occasional small happy noises, and who otherwise does not really respond to external stimuli.
Now the real question is, does it hurt to stop, because she likes being able to, like, interact, with Sarah. Boop.
Nod nod. Snuggle.
"- Oh I'm really smart. I think I can't talk very much because... the things that I was trying to say weren't 60% articulate, or whatever you had it set at." She's over-enunciating a bit.
