"Thank you," she grins, and settles on the floor by Raafi, sitting much more casually. "I'm curious to hear what you've been up to, these last few days."

"Why don't you tell her, Raafi?"

"Yes sir," he grins, and goes over the events of the last few days, describing everything in terms of what Temple has done, leaving it ambiguous that most of the events happened in other worlds rather than different parts of this one, and ending the story just before the summoning.

"You are having too much fun," she teases him, when he's done.

"Yes ma'am," he grins, leaning toward Temple for petting.

"And it sounds like you're having a good time, too. Congratulations on the clerichood, by the way, it's very impressive that you've gotten spells so quickly."

"I am very grateful that The Dweller decided so." And that he is the first cleric of his world-set ever.

She grins. "Has Raafi talked to you about why he ended up following Lastai?"

"I don't think he mentioned the specifics."

She nods. "The Dweller doesn't offer moral guidance, essentially; his followers have to get it elsewhere if they want it."

"Yeah, he feels very... laidback in that regard."

"You could say that," she nods. "Some people like a little more structure and support, though."

Nod nod. "Lastai in particular is very helpful in a way that I think it's often ignored?"

"Very much," she smiles, touching her holy symbol briefly. "But we're working on that."

"We'll appreciate it, I'm sure. I'm more curious what we might be able to do for you, though."

"Honestly? I genuinely feel that I am covered in... err, jurisdiction? I am not dual-dedicating because those weren't my life vocations. That said, I might send some people I know your way?"

She glances at Raafi. "All right."

"It's fine, sweetheart, we aren't doing anything risky. I'll send him to you if I need to. "

"Any reason to be worried?"

"That's a strange way to put it, is all."

"He's just very foreign, they do religion differently where he's from."

This gets Raafi a strange look.

"It's fine, I know what I'm doing."

"All right. You're still coming to the story circle?"

"Of course," he grins.

"Count me there too!" Temple says, leaning on the change of subject. "What sort of stories does it usually feature."

"Oh, all kinds. A lot of fables, usually, but we love hearing travelers' tales."

"Sounds fun. I don't have anything on the top of my head, but maybe next time I can contribute with a tale of my own."

"We'll see you there, then. I should probably get back to my table, though." She goes

"You all right, sweetheart?"

"I am great. But I can't wait until we can tell her, and everyone, everything. Gosh, I have plans."

"Mmhmm. I do think I'm going to tell her, as soon as we have some privacy for it."

"Fun." He leans to whisper. "There is so many ways to have fun in my world, I am sure people here will appreciate them."

"Soon, I hope." Kiss!
