And the vertigo ends and the world stops spinning in more than one place.
Jean finds himself in what is obviously a meeting room. Surrounding by very obviously important looking people.
Not to mention two...
"--no! No, it's. Good. It's good. It's ... good."
Kiss. "Thank you. I tried my best."
"I love it -- I love you...."
"I love you too."
"Gosh, once again I feel jealous that I didn't get the artistic boost."
"I love you too!" Jean assures him, immediately.
"I didn't have any doubts." Kiss. "I just wish, I could do all the breath-taking art too."
"Hopefully, he is content with researching all the medical knowledge of the multiverse."
"You're both incredible. I don't deserve any of this but I am nowhere near a good enough man not to take advantage of it."
"You absolutely deserve this."
"You're very sweet. But I have done nothing but hurt the Felix in my world."
Hug. "We hope someday we will teach you to be less harsh on yourself."
"As long as you can take care of him so he doesn't have to be scared, I'll be happy."
"We will take care of you both. There is no need for compromises."
They hug for a while.
Then something that feels scaly, leathery and warm flomps on the three of them.
"Hi, Franklyn. Uh, Jean, this is Franklyn, a dragon. Don't worry he is harmless. Frankly, this is a new Jean."
"Hi!" Says what is indeed a child-sized dragon covered in brown-yellow scales with golden accents. "I saw that they are giving you hugs and thought you might want more."
"...ah. ...thank you."
"You're welcome!" Franklyn snuggles.
"Franklyn, we talked about this. You have to ask first before hugging people."
Franklyn nods. "Jean, can I still hug you?"
